A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to fill key positions aimed at strengthening its operations, business growth, risk management, technology infrastructure and customer service delivery: Microfinance Field/Credit Officers

Purpose

•To market, appraise, monitor and recover microfinance loans while maintaining strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

•Market the Bank's microfinance products
•Conduct loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring and recovery
•Train and support microfinance customers
•Maintain customer and group records
•Prepare reports for management

Qualification Required & Experience

•First Degree or HND from a recognized institution
•Ability to ride a motorbike is highly desirable
•Applicants should indicate in their application letter whether they can ride a motorbike
