Microfinance Supervisor wanted for employment by Adonten Community Bank

Job Responsibilities:

•  Responsible and report to the Head of Microfinance Unit
•  Supervision of Field Credit Officers
•  Coalition and reconciliation of field credit reports
•  Preparation of regular reports on micro-credit, micro savings and monitoring of field credit staff, recovery and portfolio analysis for management information

Qualification Required & Experience

•  First Degree Holder or HND Accounting/Marketing Option
•  Experience - Not less than 3 years continuous working experience with a proven track record in any Banking/Microfinance or Financial Institution
•  Knowledge in group Dynamics, Credit with Education and T.24 Software shall be an added advantage

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years

Location: Eastern Region
