Functions

The MBEs will perform the following duties:

•   Prospect for new clients
•   Achieve given targets
•   Generate sales

Remuneration/Salary:

Attracts basic monthly salaries plus per monthly commissions upon performance.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be at least SHS (preferably Business Students) Graduates
•   Must have at least 1 year experience especially in a microfinanc
•   Must be hardworking
•   Must be self motivated
•   Must have excellent performance in sales
•   Must possess strong convincing and persuasive skills
•   Must be willing to work both individually and in a team
•   Must possess strong interpersonal and Communication Skills
•   Must be fluent in English and at least one locally spoken language (Ga or Twi)
