Job Title: Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer (MEL)

Summary Role

• Under the overall guidance of the Regional Manager, the MEL Officer will oversee the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning activities for the STAGE project.
• S/He will identify performance indicators, develop quality assurance strategies, train programme employees, maintains contact with program partners, prepare periodic reports and ensure the project complies with donor requirements
