A newly established Micro-finance company requires a results oriented person as Monitoring / Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

•   Monitoring of Mobile Bankers and ensuring that they meet their targets
•   Involve in marketing activities by prospecting for new clients
•   Manage customers by ensuring that their complaints are addressed promptly
•   Identify new business opportunities and recommended strategies to penetrate into such areas
•   Periodic report on Mobile Bankers performance
•   Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND/University degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Marketing or other related field. Minimum of 2 years in Microfinance Operations in Ghana
•   Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Microfinance sector and ability to lead a team
•   Ability to evaluate complex statistical financial information
•   Report writing skills
