Best Western Premier Hotel, a reputable 4-Star Hotel in Accra at the Airport Residential Area, is ready to offer the above job opportunity. As part of expanding its business, the hotel seeks the services of a dynamic, resourceful, and highly motivated individuals to serve as Nightclub Manager.

Role:

A fantastic opportunity to an experienced manager to take the helm of the basement night club and provide 'Big-name DJs', spectacular cocktails and drinks delivered to the highest service standards.

• The ideal candidate will be one managing an existing high-end night club or with an extensive experience in managing a night club, and capable of leading a team to blend contemporary cool, sophistication and sheer glamour to create a true "Premier" offer.

Qualification Required & Experience

• The qualified applicant must possess a minimum of HND or Bachelor of Arts of Science degree
• Useful courses consist of accounting, safe food handling, management, and service training. Having an experience in culinary, restaurant or food and beverage management is an advantage
• 5 or more years in managing a night club

Required Skills:

• Able and willing to work extra hours
• Have good interpersonal skills, be a team player
• Be able to work with little or no supervision and have good writing. Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be meticulous, pay attention to detail and follow-up
• Good team leader and mentor
• Proven track record in a similar late-night environment
• Passionate about wine, spirits and cocktail
• Customer focused, a service and hospitality champion
• Ability to drive sales through proactive promotions
• Focused on stock management
• May be exposed to unpleasant levels of noise and sounds
• Ready to work in the evenings and even during weekends
• Have a good ability to work in a fast moving working environment with intense deadlines and constraints
