Mumuadu Rural Bank is seeking to recruit a Office Assistant.
Purpose
• To provide support to the Chief Executive Officer, assisting in daily office needs and managing the organisation general administrative activities
General Duties
• Produce and distribute memos, letters and faxes
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND or Degree in Secretaryship and Management Studies
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Banking
Technical
• Maintain the administrative organization that include typing, filing, correspondence and distributing in-coming mails/faxes
Personality
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
