A reputable organisation in Accra wishes to recruit for the following position: Office Assistant / Dispatch Clerk

Responsibilities

• To manage and develop an effective filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
• Dispatch official bill and letters and maintain Logbooks for examination by supervisor
• Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming the facility and equipment and restocking all cleaning materials
• Any other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications Required & Experience

• A higher National Diploma from a tertiary institution, a valid Riders Class A License and a minimum of 5 years experience
• Being conversant with Accra would be an added advantage but not necessary
• Should be a computer literate and have knowledge of office equipment
• Applicant must be between 28 - 40 years
