Knights Ghana Limited - (Tower Advisory Services) is seeking to recruit Office Manager.

The purpose of this position

• The primary function of this role is to manage of head human resources and the public relations of the company.
• The selected applicant will report directly the CEO

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Human & Corporate Resource strategy that enable the achievement of business objectives
• Develop, articulate and entrench HR policies and procedures in line with best practice, company policies, legislation and group practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Labour Law, health and safety regulations
• Execute corporate resource management administration functions efficiently & effectively to support project needs and prudently manage resource and proactively address challenges
• Develop and execute strategy to organise and administer corporate resources and manage the public relations of the company
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the office

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Degree in Human Resource Management
• Must be a certified HR Practitioner (IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD etc)
• Must have a minimum of 5 years senior managerial experience and previous experience in project management will be an advantage
