Job Vacancy For Office Manager

A reputable Pension Management Firm requires for immediate employment the following position: Office Manager


The successful candidate shall, under the direction of the National Office, perform functions key amongst which are:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Organisation’s regional office
• Manage enquiries, receive and resolve client concerns and complaints
• Maintain appropriate records
• Undertake periodic member education and enrollment activities
• Provide support to clients in the processing of claims and other benefits
• Prepare routine and mandatory reports and ensure their timely submission to head office
• Perform other ancillary duties and those that may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements for the Post

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies/Marketing with excellent ICT and Communication skills
• Evidence of completion of National Service (National Service Certificate preferable)
• Minimum of five (5) years post National Service experience preferably in pension fund management or insurance
• Must not be above forty (40) years of age

Remuneration: Negotiable

Location: Kumasi
