Bonzali Rural Bank limited is seeking to recruit a Office Secretary.

Job Summary

• The Secretary shall provide a clerical support by performing a variety of secretarial duties and may include preparing reports and collecting data.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates meetings, appointments, travel meetings, and different assigned activities; takes and distributes minutes, correspondences, and/or different notes as requested
• Performs other clerical and secretarial obligations as requested which may include record-keeping, maintaining workplace resources, and handling packages and correspondence
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Talents/Capabilities:

• Detail oriented, exceptional communication skills and professional
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding and use of office equipment, clerical processes, and structures such as recordkeeping and filing.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) in related field preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role is required
