Operation Manual Specialist wanted for immediate employment by World Bank

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least a Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Development or related area from a reputable unversity or, at least, 10 years of relevant experience in preparing projects and its respective documents
•  Experience in elaborating Operational manuals, Project Implementation Plans and Project Budgets
•  Thorough understanding and knowledge of World Bank funded projects financial and programmatic reporting
•  Experience in designing and implementing mechanisms of disbursement of funds to government organisations
•  Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of local language is an asset
•  Working knowledge of PC-based word processing and e-mail technology, database applications, presentation software and use of internet and social media
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong aptitude and proven record of working with teams that include government staff, private and non-government partners and development partners.
•  Excellent organisation skills and demonstrated ability to work independently without any supervision and deliver assignment in a timely manner under time constraints.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•   record of priorising and managing time to deliver high priority and top quality products. This ability must be coupled with a tolerance of and capability to manage significant uncertainties in the work programme and to undertake a range of tasks simultaneously.
