Her/His duties shall include:

•  Human Resource Management and recruitment
•  Coordinate all management reporting and budgeting
•  Development and implement supply chain and logistics plan to ensure that is operation is smooth and efficient
•  Ensure operational efficiency of the purchasing, order processing and warehouse operations
•  Handle and resolve daily operational challenges
•  Supervise, coach and direct a team to ensure prompt delivery of the supply chain solution
•  Prepare and distribute reports on a timely basis

Qualification Required & Experience

A business degree and five years plus of logistics/chain supply experience supervising haulage/supply and customer service operations required. An MBA with three years relevant experience is a plus.

•  Possess a tertiary qualification in any discipline; specializing in logistics related studies will be an added advantage
•  Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain (procurement, inventory control, logistics and customs) and 2 years of supervisory experience
•  Highly independent with strong organisational, priority management and planning skills
•  Possess strong communication, interpersonal and strong negotiation skills
•  Must be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
•  Have a good ability to work in a fast moving working environment with intense deadlines and constraints
•  Must work well with team environment
