Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description   

•   Responsible for the completion of all dredging project within the deadline and budget available
•   Ensuring safety rules and quality standards maximizing and be responsibility for dredging team and the equipment
•   Accountable for project progress and management of work force to ensure efficiency, safety and smooth execution of daily routine requirements
•   Drive continuous improvements on work processes and ensuring procedures and policies are complied with standards in work sites
•   Ability to forecast and establish measurements for control and improvements
•   To manage the contractual aspects of secured projects and monitoring and control the project cost

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/Marine Engineering with at least 8 years experience in sites/projects management
•   Post graduate certificate in Project Management or a related fields will be an advantage
•   Experience in dredging operation would be an advantage
•   Good management and leadership skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
•   Good Analytical and problem solving skills
•   Ability to manage teams under stressful conditions
•   Ability to work in a fast pace and often pressured environment
•   Knowledge and skills in swimming will be an advantage
•   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
