YOUR ROLE

STATION OPERATION

• Ensure standards are kept at all stations.
• Micro manage supervisors on operational issues
• Manage the concerns and expectations of dealers
• Ensure stations has no stock outs
• Come up with plans and programs that will help various stations meet their volumes target. Plan promotions and other events that will boost stations volumes
• Bring on additional stations and bulk customers
• Compilation of monthly comparative sale analysis of the outlets within your sector.
• Coordinate with the BD & Project Manager on all projects within your sector.

HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT, AND QUALITY (HSSEQ)

Occupational Health Management:

• Develop and implement occupational health programs to ensure the well-being of all employees.
• Monitor and address occupational health hazards in the workplace.

Health and Safety Training:

• Provide comprehensive health and safety training to employees to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety.
• Ensure that all personnel are aware of and comply with health-related protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Health Surveillance:

• Establish systems for health surveillance to monitor and manage workplace-related illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct regular health assessments and screenings.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and standards set by local and international authorities.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.

Incident Management:

• Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
• Investigate and analyze accidents, near misses, and incidents to prevent future occurrences.

Facility Security:

• Implement security measures to safeguard company facilities, assets, and personnel.
• Collaborate with security providers and agencies to ensure the physical security of critical infrastructure.

Environmental Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including permits and reporting requirements.
• Monitor emissions, waste management, and environmental impact.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable practices and energy efficiency.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to verify compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or petrochemical Engineering
