A reputable and full-service integrated marketing communications company with a solid backbone in 360 advertising and brands management in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Operations & Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle the entire planning, organizing, supervising outdoor operations, adhering to installation procedures and quality delivery of our services
• Have an overview of operations supervisors and team leaders tasks to ensure the smooth execution of jobs/projects
• Manage of all operational personnel, disciplinary process and performance assessments
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance for all our structures nationwide

Projects

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Liaise with the procurement department for the preparation of budget estimates for all projects
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant, ensuring resource allocation to specific projects and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. MBA in project management will be a plus
• 5 years of post-qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable company
