OVERVIEW

• A respected pension administration company is currently seeking full-time Pension Advisors who will be compensated through commissions and other incentives.
• These advisors will be responsible for marketing and selling the company's personal pension products to clients within the informal sector.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Promotes and sells a range of pension products to both existing and potential customers.
• Keeps open lines of communication with fellow team members, senior sales management, and business divisions regarding client engagements, outcomes, competitive insights, and market shifts.
• Pursues follow-ups to engage in negotiations concerning contract conditions.
• Acquires industry-specific expertise essential for conducting meaningful and productive discussions.

Qualification Required & Experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• If you completed high school (SHS), have an 'A' Level certificate, a Diploma, HND, or a degree, and you possess confidence, proactivity, dedication, and teamwork skills, then you might find this opportunity appealing.
