SOS Children's Villages, a social welfare organization that provides orphaned, abandoned and destitute children with a stable and permanent family home and educational opportunities is inviting applications from dynamic and suitably qualified persons for the above position.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The successful applicant will report to the National Director
•  He/She should hold a first degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
•  Age- Not less than 30 years
•  Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
•  The ideal candidate should have strong Leadership, organisational and managerial skills
•  Must possess good interpersonal skills; excellent spoken and written communication skills
•  Should be a strategic thinker combined with practical "can do" attitude and possess strong analytical decision-making, time management and problem solving skills
•  The successful applicant should be self-motivated, innovative and capable of providing administrative leadership in managing the National Director's office
•  Must have fundraising and sales experience
•  Must be computer literate and possess strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
•  Ability to speak French is an added advantage
