A reputable pharmaceutical company seeks to employ:- Personal Assistant To The Managing Director

Core Function

•   Providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD) on the day-to-day management of the company, and acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and the entire working body of the company

Responsibilities

•   Accountable for the effective management of the MD's emails
•   Effective dairy management
•   Arranging meetings, flights, hotel accommodation and handling correspondence and documents confidentially
•   Liaising and negotiating with business consultants, members, external sales people and managers on a day-to-day basis
•   Establish, develop and maintain credibility and working relationships within all work levels of the business
•   Manage MD's schedules and prioritise worldloads as per diary commitments
•   Any other duties that may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in any discipline or beyond
•   Experience in Public Relations role is an added advantage
•   Applicant should be above 30 years
•   A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position
•   Must be outstanding communications skills (both verbal and written)
•   Must have minute taking skills
•   Must be loyal and exhibit high level of confidentiality
