Job Vacancy For Personal Assistant At Old Mutual Company (Ghana) Limited



Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in exciting positions that have arisen within Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (Ghana) Limited.

The role performs secretarial duties for executives and or senior management

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Performs secretarial duties for executies and senior management
•   Manages queries on behalf of the executives and performs delegated tasks
•   Ensures that senior management is equipment with necessary documentation to proceed with meetings
•   Manages the diaries for executives
•   Communicates with suppliers, other departments, sets up meetings, equipment, meetings agendas, distribution of minutes and formatting persentations
•   Ensures that office logistics run smoothly (Photocopier, air conditioning and stationery)
•   Manages all phone calls and performs basic events managment functions
•   Makes all travel arrangement for managers and ensures accounts are paid out timeously
•   Drafts reports for the executive management and ensures timeous delivery of letters and other related items

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma in Administration or secretarial studies
•   A degree in Administration will be an added advantage
•   At least 3 years experience in managing the office for senior management
•   Microsoft office qualification will be an added advantage

The person should have the following competencies:

•   High level of personal effectiveness
•   Excellent planning and organising skills
•   Be very good at building relationships
