We are seeking to fill the following roles for our clients:- PR & Events Analyst

Key Responsibilities / KPI's

•   Organise and plan events
•   Researching markets to identify opportunities for events for company to organise or participate in
•   Liaising with internal and external clients to ascertain precise event requriements
•   Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. Timelines, venues, budgets etc)
•   Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the company property used events
•   Post-event evaluation i.e reports

Public Relations Responsibilities

•   Research, create and deliver press releases based on the company's achievement, new products, employee

achievements etc.
•   Distribute releases to the full range of media outlets inlcuding national and international TV, radio, internet and print and practively seek media opportunities that support the organisation's goals and campaign objectives
•   Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, and other organisations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree from a recognised university
•   Event management experience
•   Relevant experience in a related field
•   Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communciation skills

Salary Range: GH ¢2,000 to GH ¢3,000 Gross

Location: Accra
