Duties and Responsibilities:
The Principal will have a wide variety of duties including:

•  Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the College and Chairman of the Academic Board
•  Leading fundraising and alumni activities
•  Reporting to the College Council

Pay and Benefits: Competitive and negotiable

Qualification Required & Experience

The qualifications of the College Principal shall be as follows:

•  A minimum of Master's Degree in management, Theology/study; however, a PhD holder would be preferred
•  A considerable experience in a tertiary educational institution, particularly in higher education administration
•  A demonstration of a good working knowledge in Information and Communication Technology
•  A demonstration of a genuine faith in the ideals and aspirations of the Church of Christ
•  A member of the Church of Christ for more than 10 years with good standing

Expected Personal Qualities:
The Principal must possess the following attributes:

•  A reputation as a team leader with an orientation for achieving set objectives for a higher education;
•  A record of actions and initiatives reflecting ability to withstand challenges of an evolving institution
•  A proven record in negotiating strategic alliances and in working effectively with both internal and external groups and constituents in pursuing the vision of the institution
