Job Vacancy For Procurement and Warehouse Clerk At Accrescence Ghana



Our client, a service oriented, recreational and hospitality support organisation intends to recruit a competent person for the following position:- Procurement and Warehouse Clerk

Core Duties

•   Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary
•   Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
•   Contact suppliers to schedule or expendite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems
•   Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
•   Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
•   Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A HND in Purchasing and Supply
•   Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
•   Office suite software - Microsoft Office software
•   Good judgment in Decision making
•   Good interpersonal relationship
•   Good organization, Planning and Prioritization of work
