Superior Raceway Systems is currently implementing a low-cost, aquaculture value chain in Northern Ghana which is empowering 10,000 farmers to solar pump water from deep well boreholes for fish farming.

These farmers are being empowered to grow catfish and tilapia in raceway ponds and use the waste-water from their fish ponds for drip-irrigated soybeans, maize and sorghum farming throughout the year.

Production of refined vegetable oil

After harvest, oil will be extracted from the soybeans by Value Chain Partners to produce refined soybeans oil.

Production of animal feed

The soybean cake and maize will be used by value chain partners to produce feed for poultry, fish, pigs and cattle.

Production of sorghum gin

The harvested sorghum will be used to produce sorghum gin with 50% alcohol for local sales and export to China. Sorghum gin is very popular in China.

Your Job Description:

• You will solicit for business people in your community to work within our Value Chain as solar pump suppliers. The Suppliers will be guided to purchase the solar pumps directly from the manufacturer to be delivered by DHL air courier in small lots per delivery.
• Suppliers will be paid within 30 days after delivery.

Qualification Required & Experience

• We seek university and Polytechnic graduates for employment as Procurement Officers.

Salary: Starting basic salary of Ghc 2,000 net per month after a probation period of one month. You will be paid Ghc 500 during your one month probation.
