Job Vacancy For Programme Officer – Wash



Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake project management with partners
• Undertake field level activities of projects in the Ahafo Region
• Support to undertake research and studies
• Support learning and knowledge management at the district and regional level - District and Regional Learning Alliance Platforms
• Submit quality and timely reports on project implementation
• Support business development and fundraising
• Submit quality and timely reports for the IRC reporting
• Manage the District Hub office

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience, an additional qualification will be an added advantage
• Good basic knowledge and understanding of the main concepts and trends in the water, sanitation and hygience (Wash) sector
• Relevant experience of research (Design, data analysis and report writing) and policy analysis
• Demonstrate experience learning and knowledge management and networking
• Proven field work coordination experience
• Fluent in English and preferable one local language and good writing skills
• Willing to work in a district and travel nationally and internationally
• Experience in working in a district is an added advantage
• Understanding of project management will be an added advantage

Contract Period

The candidate will initially be oferred a one-year contract with six-months probation period. The contract is renewable subject to good performance
