Due to our increased workload, we need to recruit an experienced Architect to join the team in our Office. We are looking for a design focused individual with strong report writing and presentation skills

Primary Duties will include:

•   Designing and managing projects from inception to completion stages
•   Production of design and working drawings to meet project requirements and deadlines
•   Co-ordination of whole design team

Key Attributes

Qualification Required & Experience

You should be able to demonstrate:

•   GIA qualification and ARC registration
•   Minimum of three years post qualification experience
•   Strong all round job running skills, including design and contract administration
•   Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to liaise effectively with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
•   Ability to manage the project team on a day to day basis
•   Competence in AutoCAD and/or Revit
•   Strong design and technical skills
