Zijin Mining Group Africa Mineral Resource Exploration LTD, a registered mine support service company in Ghana, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following position: Project General Manager

The successful candidate is able to taker overall accountability for an exploration project, including

• Full-cycle project operations planning and execution
• Financial control and budget management
• Site HSE leadership and compliance with Ghana's mining regulations and Zijin Group standards
• Liaison with Zijin Group headquarters, government agencies and the Minerals commission
• Coordination with the mine owner and
• Design and implementation of the local employee training roadmap

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Geology or a related field with 15+ years of mineral exploration experience, including at least 5 years in overseas tropical jungle exploration project management, proven full-cycle exploration management government liaison, HSE leadership and local team-building capabilities
