Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead, plan, and oversee logistics and supply chain projects from initiation through completion.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage logistics-related projects, including new route development, system upgrades, process improvements, fleet expansions, and client onboarding.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams (operations, fleet, warehouse, customer service, finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project performance using KPIs and adjust plans as necessary.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee and improve supply chain workflows and last-mile delivery strategies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance dashboards to senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
• Support the implementation of logistics technology solutions (e.g., tracking systems, routing software, inventory systems).
• Maintain compliance with logistics regulations, company policies, and customer expectations.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in project management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, distribution, warehousing, and transportation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
