including; •  PI historian –Process Administrator •  OCS Mill Expert System – Maintaining and implementing new control strategies as required and Identify program shortcoming and improve on them •  JKSimMet –Building

Experience:

developing and running different plant simulations •  Metallurgical reports utilizing Microsoft Excel – Visual Basic. •  Preparing and implementing training plans and  programs •  Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for the Metallurgical department; •  Project implementation required by operational or metallurgical departments; •  Auditing  metallurgical practices to correct and implement permanent solutions; •  Ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality assurance methods; •  Preparing detailed reports as necessary.
