A leading and advancing Multinational civil engineering & construction company is seeking to engage the services of professionals with the requisite profiles to full its vacancy to undertake roles its new project site: QAQC Manager (Code: QAQC-00028)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervises the quality control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including quality inspection schedules and the collection of quality records
• To establish company quality plan including quality policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and continually improve it
• Supports the General Supervisor/Project Manager in dealing with the client for all quality matters
• Assesses the implementation of the site's quality plan and quality control plans
• Evaluate the qualifications of welders and Non-Destructive Test-NDT technicians about the activities assigned
• Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors
• Coordinates the relevant tracking systems for the correct identification of matters
• Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities
• Ability to establish company quality plan including quality policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and continually improve it

Skills Set

• Ability to establish company quality plan including quality policy (based on Corp, QHSE Policy) and continually improve
• Ability to assess the implementation of the site's quality plan and quality control plans
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure a smooth handover
• Conduct and organize QMS internal/external audit and ensure close out of all inspection and audit nonconformities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must possess a good Degree in Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
• Must have at least 8 years of working experience in QA/QC portfolio
• With at least 5 years of experience in managing large value projects
• Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents, and project specifications
