Job Summary

•   You will  be required to initiate and monitor the plans, standards and strategies in respect of quality control, environmental management and research within the organization, including the maintenance and implementation of same.
•   Monitoring and documentation of performance of the staff in the department will also be your responsibility.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Msc/Bsc in Quality Control or any relevant qualification
•   A minimum of  ten years experience in a manufacturing/processing facility five of which should have been in a management position, preferably in a manufacturing, processing, industrial or related organization.
•   Demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
