The estate is located within a fast-growing and larger commercial, residential, leisure and industrial location with excellent infrastructure and is gated

The successful Sales Manager candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all marketing and sales activities
• Directing, motivating and performance management of the Sales Team
• Handling institutional sales
• Report sales performance to the sponsors of the project

The successful Sales Team member must be:

• Naturally confident, persuasive, hungry for success and eloquent
• A go-getter (ability to hunt on their own)
• Driven by a desire to earn as much as possible
• High level of familiarity with social media platforms

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a First Degree or HND
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to energetically work independently
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
