Primary Task

•  Responsible for receiving clients and visitors.
•  Responding to complaint, service issues and general questions or concerns as appropriate.
•  Responsible for filing of the department’s document as well as the distribution of mails to the appropriate departments.
•  Support highest level of customer services for clients, staff members and visitors.
•  Responsible for directing calls to staff members
•  Provide accurate information regarding application procedures, waiting list, and vacancies to both callers and walk -in clients.
•  Monitor the supplies of stationeries and re-ordering processes.
•  Monitor cleaning and sanitations around the front desk areas Support central secretarial duties such as faxing, photocopying, typing.

Qualification Required & Experience

Diploma in Secretariaship
