Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer customer questions
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables and handling requests or complaints politely
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or POS systems)
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and customer service standards

Qualification Required

• Basic education (SHS or above is fine)
• Can read, write, and communicate clearly (English + Twi is a big plus)
• Knows how to use a phone well (calls, WhatsApp, notes)
• Neat appearance & good personal hygiene

Experience

• Previous experience as a waitress, food vendor, or hospitality worker
• Experience serving customers and clearing tables
• If no experience: willingness to learn + good attitude is okay

Must-Have Skills

• Polite, patient, and friendly attitude
• Good listening skills (gets orders right!)
• Organized and punctual
• Can handle pressure during rush hours without attitude
