Summary

We are seeking high-output, street-smart Recruitment Specialists with deep factory recruitment experience and strong industry networks. This role is fully hands-on and field-based, focused on high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and semi-skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and operational staff.
• Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination.
• Support recruitment for skilled roles when required.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Engage community leaders to source candidates.
• Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk-ins, and community engagements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily hiring trackers.
• Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements.
• Update recruitment data in real time and support processes.
• Uphold recruitment standards, ethics, and compliance at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within: Manufacturing, Outsourcing / manpower supply, and Industrial recruitment
• Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English; local language fluency is a strong advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
