The Association of Ghana Industries is the leading private sector organization in the country. As part of its objective to promote and develop industries in Ghana, we are inviting applications from suitable candidates for the post of Regional Manager, Ashanti/BA Regional Branch

Key Tasks

•   Initiate and implement strategies for membership growth in the regions
•   Gather and collate information on the implementation of private sector development policies and sector growth trends in the region.
•   Manage and execute advocacy and lobbying events directed at the regional and district authorities
•   Initiate policies, programmes and projects, which further the growth of industries in the region
•   Active recruitment of members and ensuring continued growth of membership
•   Manage all office affairs and communication

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Administration/ Marketing/Economics or equivalent qualification in Business and Policy related field

Experience

•   Not less than 10 years experience with a private sector organization, preferably business associations

Skills

•   Conversant with MS Office Suite and excellent organizational skills
•   Ability to write reports, business correspondence and good communication skills
•   Retired officers who have worked in similar business associations a re encouraged to apply
