This role manages sales and sales support processes to ensure branch profitability to meet business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Manages sales and sales support processes to ensure branch profitability to meet business targets
•   Identifies potential new markets and opens up the markets with assistance of Sales Manager
•   Manages area budget and develops local market and resource plan for area
•   Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others
•   Plans and assigns work to teams under control
•   Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards
•   Creates a climate for optimal performance
•   Manages external relationships with key stakeholders
•   Monitors area performance results
•   Manages performance, coaches and mentors Sales and or Branch Managers

Qualifications and Experience

•   Marketing/Sales Degree or any other business related degree
•   At least 7 years’ experience in managing sales and sales teams

•   Be effective at building relationships
•   Excellent planning and organising skills
•   Be a team player and action oriented
