Job Description:

•   Able to asses, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care for patients in their care.
•   Identify patient requirement by establishing patient care goals, teaching patients friends and family to understand condition, medications and self-care skills.
•   Maintaining safe and clean environments by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
•   Able to document client care services.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be registered with a Nursing and Midwifery council in Ghana.
