A large multinational bank seeks to recruit competent individuals for the following position in Accra and Kumasi:- Relationships Officers

Position Summary

The Relationships Officer will be actively engaged in sales and marketing and will be required to build, manage and sustain a portfolio of clients developing long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable delivery of innovative and excellent client service

Main Duties And Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement plan for acquiring clients
•  Build relationships with clients and ensure that such relationships are sustained through efficient and reliable delivery of total banking services and support for their business
•  Identify and provide solutions to customer complaints in consultation with appropriate managers, departments or staff to sustain general service quality
•  Mobilize deposits
•  Identify and manage risk to ensure a quality loan portfolio

Competencies Required

Education And Work Experience

•  1st Degree minimum of 2nd class lower
•  2 years experience in Sales and Marketing

Technical

•  Strong analytical skills, especially understanding of financial statements
•  Comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products
•  Relationship management skills

Personality

•  Assertive - ability to articulate views, bank's products
•  Trustworthy - ability to conduct self in a manner which elicits trust, respect and confidence
•  Good verbal and written communication skills
•  Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
•  High level of integrity
