Position Summary
The IEPA is seeking two experienced and high-calibre Research Assistants to support our portfolio of regional and international educational projects. Given our status as a UNESCO Category II Centre, these roles require individuals who possess not only academic depth but also the professional maturity to engage with policy-level research and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
•Advanced Research Support: Lead comprehensive literature reviews and contribute to the conceptual framework of new studies.
•Data Oversight: Oversee data collection processes, ensure rigorous analysis, and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all research data.
•Grant & Publication Development: Prepare sophisticated materials for submission to international granting agencies and foundations. Assist in drafting articles for academic publication and policy reports.
•Ethics & Compliance: Manage applications for Human Subjects Committee reviews and ensure all project activities meet global ethical standards.
•Project Administration: Monitor project budgets, update website materials, and manage high-level project correspondence.
•Mentorship: Supervise undergraduate research interns and facilitate communication between the research team and faculty leads.
Qualification Required & Experience
Academic Qualifications
•A Research Masters or Doctorate in Education or a closely related area.
