Job Vacancy For Resident Architect/Project Manager At Beaufort Properties



Main Duties/Responsibilities:

•  AIP submissions and approval process
•  Final approval for construction and site enablement process
•  Ensure compliance with contract documents
•  Assist with procurement of materials both locally and internationally meeting end user specifications and requirements
•  Day to day resolution of technical issues on site in collaboration with the relevant consultant/s

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Passed the Architects Registration Council Professional Practice Examination, RIBA or similar
•  Extensive knowledge and experience in administering a FIDIC building contract
•  Minimum 8 years post professional qualification experience
•  Extensive site Experience - minimum experience of working on a structure - Five levels above ground and a minimum one level basement structure
•  Experience with high level MEP content buildings
•  Conversant with AutoCAD or similar
