Job Vacancy For Restaurant Manager



A reputable organisation is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and for managing the employees.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing and presenting staffing and sales reports
• Handling administration and paperwork
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines
• Overseeing stock levels
• Control cost and minimise waste
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
• Managing employees
• Any other duties as assigned by CEO

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of First degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Experience with long shifts
• Financial literacy
• Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back office systems and restaurant operating systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Organisational skills
