Job Summary

The role:
As a Restaurant Shift leader  you will be ensuring that all food and drinks are taken to the right tables on time.

Not only will you be serving food, but ensuring that all customers are happy and that the service is of a high standard.

You will be responsible for all activities that goes on within the restaurant during the shift assigned to you.

You will be required to help drive the business forward and ensure the highest of standards of service is being delivered at all times.

You will also be expected to:

•   Ensuring prompt and professional guest service
•   Ensuring that tables are set to the correct standards at all times
•   Taking orders when required
•   Being familiar with all food and beverage menu at all times

Qualification Required & Experience

Experience:

We are looking for a Restaurant Shift Leader with current experience in the restaurant or hotel industry, who wants to grow with this business; this is a very exciting opportunity.

Employment type

This is a 6 month contract position ( contract will be renewed based on performance). Working hours will be mainly morning shifts between Monday and Sunday, however we require a candidate to be flexible to work late shifts when necessary.

For the positions persons should have the following requirements:

•   At least 2 years experience in hotel industry
•   Very Fluent in English
•   Minimum education SSS
•   Age 25-35
