Job Summary

• As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis.
• You are also responsible for delegating tasks to all the restaurant personnel and ensuring that the responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.

Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew.
• Maintain high-quality food standards
• Oversee kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation

requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
• Develop strategies for improving customers’ dining experience
• Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
• Identify methods restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
• Manage the work schedules of the restaurant’s staff.

Requirements and skills

• Two to Three years’ experience in similar or same
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
