Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law with 5 years work experience
• MBA or Master's Degree with 2 years work experience
• Preferably, experience in rural banking with 2 years in similar position in the compliance department
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to have a highly strategic focus, whilst dealing competently with operational matters
