Description Of Job

With the sole aim of providing comfort for our guests by ensuring complete cleanliness of guest rooms, this individual must promote a positive image of the hotel to our guest and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems and special requests as per the hotel's policy and procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  He/she must have good communication and organizational skills as well as excellent time management skills
•  He/she must always have a professional attitude and be detail-oriented
•  Must have at least 3 years' experience in the same role from a 4 or 5 star hotel
•  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a pre-requisite for position
•  Ability to train is essential
