Job Vacancy For Sales Agent / Executive Caller
CVA is looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Agent / Executive Caller to join our team. Your primary role will be to engage U.S.-based clients, promote our accounting services, and convert leads into loyal customers through strategic outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Use effective communication and negotiation tactics to close deals
• Accurately document interactions and update the CRM system
• Identify new sales opportunities through research and initiative
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
• Adhere to company policies and call center protocols
• Analyze customer feedback to improve pitches and strategies
Qualification Required & Experience
• High School Certificate or Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Previous sales or call center experience is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Social media-savvy (as part of the screening process)
Salary: Attractive base salary plus commission-based structure with performance bonuses (Details will be discussed during interview)
Location: Remote / Work-from-Home (Preferably based in Ghana with good network)
