A fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company located in Pokuase has vacancy for the following position:- Sales and Marketing Executives

Job Summary

•   Develop, implement and lead sales and marketing campaigns
•   Generate sales of houses and review own performance, aiming to meet or exceed target
•   Negotiate on price, delivery and specifications with the buyer
•   Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
•   Handle client enquiries
•   Arrange and undertake viewing appointments with prospective and actual clients
•   Liaise with the Projects team to ensure all clients specifications are adhered to.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or Degree in Marketing or related professional qualification
•   At least 2 years experience in a similar role
•   Pleasant Personality, Good Communication and organizational skills
•   Good presentation skills
