Job Vacancy For Sales and Marketing Officer At Volta Catch Limited



Volta Catch, a sales/distribution section of a fast growing and well-established concern in the aquaculture industry seeks the services of a well-qualified and motivated person to occupy the above position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Customer segmentation and designing methods to target each customer group
•  Customer loyalty programme (VIP) - management and improvement of operation in co-ordination with Accounting Department and Operations; accurate reporting of VIP results, and other segmentation plans
•  Identifying and locating areas of sales opportunities in the fish market, using quantitative, data-driven analysis to locate best locations to open
•  Identify other value-added services or methods to caputre market share
•  Periodic review of performance appraisal team in collaboration with HR
•  Maintaining and updating customers on information about the product
•  Locating demand/market for the product
•  Generating intelligence of Company competitors
•  Building business contacts with distributors and dealers
•  Any other assignment instructed by Management

Qualification Required & Experience

The Person (Competencies)
Must have:

•  At least an HND Certificate from a recognised institution
•  Must not be below 30 years as at 28th February, 2013
•  Must have no less than 8 years experience in a similar position
•  Proven track record of developing Sales & Marketing strategies in prior organisations, including successful delivery of results
•  Strong interpersonal skills to work with team
•  Ability to craft and execute strategy; self-started and visionary as well as disciplined in execution and good at reporting successes and failures
•  Practical application of concepts of sales and marketing skills
•  Ethical and transparent business acumen
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Strong presentation skills
