Job Description

•   Intensively visit to current and potential customers to generate and secure orders and provides after-sales service in the defined area
•   Analysing the market issues such as crop systems, pest occurrence, product performance, customer feedback including Distributors, Retailers and farmers
•   Signing the proper sales contract and collect payment on time
•   Follow-up deliveries to customers and inventory situation in the market
•   Organising on farm demonstrations, trials, farmers meetings etc, according to the agreed plan/proposal
•   Prepare and undertake sales presentation to individuals, groups and association or cooperate bodies
•   To handle complaints and make sure that a good settlement is found for the customer conduct sales techniques for Distributors and Retailers
•   Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports to Sales Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or above with a related major
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong work ethics
•   2 years related working experiences
•   Be a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative
•   Be flexible with a willing and can do attitude
•   Ability to handle objections, listen and respond effectively
•   Customer relationship management (i.e. good communication capability)
